I want to share some of my favorite photographs with you.

All but two, I believe, were taken by me.

I love photographs that instantly make you feel. Sometimes you come across a picture that truly does say a thousand words. It’s a remarkable thing to be able to set your eyes upon an image, and suddenly you are transformed. You seem to somehow know the people you are looking upon, even though you’ve never met and probably never will.

You can tell what they were feeling. You maybe see a glimpse of what was passing through their mind, or within their heart.

That, my friends is a gift.
